Welcome to Lupin ("Bot", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Oryzen Labs ("Company"). By adding Lupin to your Discord server or interacting with any of its commands and features, you ("User", "Guild Owner", or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Discord Policies ​

  • By using Lupin, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country) and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
  • Any violation of Discord's Terms of Service while using Lupin may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to Lupin across all servers.

2. Permitted Use & Service License ​

Lupin provides server management, moderation, leveling, economy mini-games, dynamic voice channels, ticket support, and AI-assisted security scanning.

You agree NOT to:

  1. Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities within Lupin's commands or economy systems.
  2. Use Lupin to distribute malware, spam, illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or malicious phishing links.
  3. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or launch Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks against Lupin's infrastructure, database, or API endpoints.
  4. Perform prompt injection or jailbreak attempts against Lupin's Security AI scanner to bypass moderation policies.
  5. Automate spamming of bot commands (macro/selfbot scripts).

3. Server Administration & Ownership ​

  • Guild Owners and Administrators are responsible for configuring Lupin's permissions, roles, and channels within their respective servers.
  • Oryzen Labs is not responsible for actions taken by server moderators or automated punishment rules configured by server administrators.

4. Virtual Economy & Features ​

  • Virtual currency, experience points (XP), inventory items, and virtual roles provided by Lupin hold no real-world monetary value.
  • Virtual items cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real-world currency or goods.
  • Oryzen Labs reserves the right to adjust, reset, or balance economy variables, XP rates, or item statistics to maintain gameplay fairness and service integrity.

5. Availability & Modifications ​

  • Lupin is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Oryzen Labs reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or command of Lupin at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oryzen Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the Bot.
  • Unauthorized access to server channels resulting from misconfigured Discord permissions by server staff.
  • Moderation penalties, timeouts, kicks, or bans automatically issued by security filters or server moderators.
